Review: With a measly 5% on Rotten Tomatoes, it seems I, Frankenstein is one of the worst movies in 2014 and only January. Rating absurdly made me lower my expectations and, surprisingly, is solid entertainment. Of course, this does not impress on any level, but for a movie in January, is a pleasant one.The story: The story is as generic as a direct to DVD movie can be. The Frankensteins Monster, Adam, is caught up in the battle between the Gargoyles and Demons. Many decent action and dramatic scenes squeezed in the short-term time of 1 hour 32 minutes. Fortunately, the fast moving pace, without being boring. However, short-term time also presents some problems, such as character development save. But it is expected that this is an action movie nonsense, which is more dependent on CGI açãoe story and character development. Acting wise is good, impress anyone. Bill Nighy is playing his usual self as a villain. Aaron Eckhart there is not much to shoot like a monster without emotion, except fight and show her body. The rest do not stand out. The music is surprisingly good and in accordance with the tone movie.3D: For the film in post-converted 3D, looks good. There good depth of characters and scenarios. It is also effective when it comes to the action scenes, especially from Gargoyles and exploded demons.Overall: Is Obviously I, Frankenstein trying to follow the success of the film Underworld. On its own merits, it provides a fun watch with decent special effects and action. I thought I could do better if released directly to DVD. It may not be great, but for a movie in January, is a decent watch with a decent 3D.
